Viwawa is 1 of the worst online gaming company.

They are very good in cheating and scamming people out of their money.

1. False advertising

They are a part of ga-magic and work together to cheat people money. Frankly speaking, ga magic offer cheaper charging cost with KAL as compared to Viwawa.

they claimed they have the best content in KAL(king and legends) known as ROM (rise of mythos)/ Ancient summoner while they are actually in fact they offered the least content available.

For example, Special Booster [chance of getting rare cards for paying and non paying players] which are plentiful in KAL (global server) and ROM (kongregate server) were not  included in Viwawa/Ga-magic server. They give no reason for that and their administration dodge that subject totally.

Not to mention, they secretly sponsor some players to do blocking and force the players to top up in order to get top rank in 32/64.

 2.  Poor Service and Lackluster Attitude

They copy and paste everything from the KAL developers and have no check. Their sense of responsiblity
is totally abysmal. They make many mistakes and timing errors and just push the blame on the developers.
 Response from them are very slow and solving 1 issue took 1 week.

1 working day for them is like 1 week.


3. Total Nepotism 

Just trying pointing out something which are the truth to them, you will be ban.
